Everdawn terms of use

1. The publisher

Everdawn is published by Mohamed Djamil, sole trader (French SIREN 108339714), Toulouse, France, under the OMNAI Apps brand. Contact: everdawn.support@omnaiapps.com.

2. What Everdawn is, and is not

Everdawn helps you quit or cut down a habit and build good ones: it counts your days, the money and time you get back, and supports you with milestones, an SOS and a journal.

Everdawn is not a medical device. It gives no diagnosis, measures no risk and treats no disease. The health facts shown come from public sources cited in the app (Sources page); they are general reference points, not promises or personal advice. For anything about your health, and in particular before stopping alcohol, opioids or benzodiazepines, talk to a health professional. In an emergency, call your country's emergency services. The app's Need help page is available without a subscription.

3. Age

Everdawn is for people aged 18 and over.

4. Subscription

Full access to the app requires a subscription, sold through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google):

• a yearly subscription, shown first, and a monthly subscription; the exact price in your currency is shown in the app and in the store before you confirm;
• the yearly subscription may include a 7-day free trial, shown on the paywall with the reminder and first-charge dates; unless cancelled before the trial ends, the yearly price is charged;
• the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date, in your device's subscription settings;
• payment, billing, refunds and cancellation are handled by Apple or Google under their terms; we see neither your payment method nor your store account;
• "Restore purchases" restores an active subscription on a new device linked to the same store account.

When a subscription ends, your data remains readable and exportable in the app; only writing features require an active subscription.

5. Your data

Everything is on your phone; see the privacy policy. You are responsible for your backups (export) and for the security of your device.

6. Use

Everdawn is a personal tool. Extracting its content for redistribution, circumventing the subscription, or using the app in a way contrary to law is prohibited. The texts, the icon and sky designs, the tokens and the Everdawn brand belong to the publisher; the cited sources remain the property of their authors.

7. Warranties and liability

Everdawn is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, without guaranteeing the absence of errors. Counters and estimates (money, time) rely on the numbers you enter. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the app or for indirect damages. Nothing here limits your consumer rights.

8. Changes and termination

We may change the app and these terms; the version in force is published here with its date. You may stop using Everdawn at any time by uninstalling the app and cancelling your subscription in your device's settings.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after an attempt at amicable settlement (everdawn.support@omnaiapps.com), French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to protective rules applicable to consumers, including the European online dispute resolution platform.
